A few important notes to ensure every appointment runs smoothly. Kindly review before booking.

Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle at the end of service.
- Deposits are transferable once if rescheduled 48+ hours in advance.

Late Arrivals
- A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments.
- After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply.
- After 30 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show.

- Please give at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations.
- Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit in full.
- Rescheduling is welcome — communication is everything.

Hair Preparation
- Arrive with hair freshly washed, blow-dried, and detangled (unless wash is added).
- Bundles & extensions should be prepped in advance.
- No extra guests or children at mobile appointments, please.
